His primary responsibilities are the successful continuous improvement of the consumer engagement solutions, platform, channels, and services. He also works to develop and enhance our capabilities to support evolving regulatory requirements. Gabe has a BSBA in Management Information Systems from Northeastern University and is PMC-III certified.
