Boosting your Stars strategy with collaboration
Star Ratings have become increasingly difficult to maintain due to continuous CMS program changes. Many plans have experienced declines in the last few years while others have found it difficult to improve. With the added new challenge of Health Equity Index (HEI) reward maximization, alternative strategies are needed to bridge the gap from the reward factor.
